General terms and conditions
The general selling conditions herein govern all the contracts of sale entered into between the Purchaser and the Seller through the website www.imurgini.it.
The online contract of purchase is regulated according to Art. 206 (Code of Consumption) of the Legislative Decree dated 6th September 2005 and Art. n. 70 dated 4th April 2003 concerning the e-commerce contracts.
The seller and the items
The seller is Saverio Verna, registered in the companies’ registration list of Bari, VAT number 05481570728, legal head office in Italy based in the rural district 484 in Ruvo di Puglia (BA).
The online purchase implies acceptance of the following general selling terms and conditions.
The items available online are mainly produced either by the seller in his own laboratory or by third parties who use the seller’s raw material. These are producers who have been attentively selected according to strict quality controls.
Information about the production, packaging and essential characteristics of each product is displayed on the label and inside each product’s technical specification published on the website.
Purchase and delivery terms
The price of each item includes VAT and is expressed in Euros.
The payment, included shipping costs – if required – is made according to the purchase terms.
The delivery status can be tracked online on the courier website through a delivery code that is given to the purchaser via email once the shipment is sent.

Right to Withdraw from a Contract
The right of withdrawal does not apply to online purchases according to article 59 of the Consumer Code.
As our products contain perishable items, items with a rapid expiry date and sealed items than, once opened cannot be withdrawn for hygienic reasons and health protection reasons, the purchaser’s statutory right to withdraw purchases does not apply to these items.
Conformity defects
Claims must be made in writing and sent via email to [email protected], specifying in detail the alleged defects or non-compliance and the order number assigned once the order has been submitted to the company.
In case of lack of conformity, the Consumer has the right to have restored, without charge, the conformity of the good by replacement or termination of the contract, according to the provisions of art. 130 of the Consumer Code.
Processing of personal information
Processing of Consumer’s personal information will be carried out according to the Information and Protection of Privacy Act.
